We cannot recommend Normie and Co Prestwich enough. When choosing which properties to view, the information provided is clear and easy to judge if we were wasting our time. The videos in particular made us smile while giving a good view of the property. When looking for a property, their team including James were quick to get a judge of what we wanted, what we could afford and let us know what the sellers were looking for. This led to a buying process that was smooth with everyone feeling like they got a good deal. When we switched from a competitor to them after a sale fell through, the sales team, especially Josh, bent over backwards to get our house on the market and sold as soon as possible and for the price we were looking for. Their progression liaison service with Nicole is outstanding and is what makes this company better than the competitors in the area. There was a chain, multiple levels of solicitors, estate agents and buyers/sellers to communicate with. Where as other companies wait to see what will happen, chasing things once per week maybe, Nicole is on top of it all.
