Nigel did a fantastic job finding us our new home. He knew it was just what we were looking for. Normie were a fantastic estate agents from the moment we booked to look round our property. From the beginning they made sure that the bidding process was equal and fair for all interested parties. Once our offer was accepted, we were given a dedicated Sales Progression team who were absolutely fantastic. Nicole in particular from the SP team kept us more updated throughout the sales process than our own solicitors did. Throughout all the complications and intermediaries that we dealt with, Nicole was communicative, honest and transparent at all times — even helping push the sale over the line towards the end. She and the team at Normie made our buying experience so much more efficient and manageable than we ever thought it would be. When you think of how ridiculous the house buying process is, and how unreliable solicitors can often be, I would not hesitate in recommending Normie and Nicole's services to anyone looking!
