I have worked with Martin & co for nearly 8 years as a landlord and have always found them professional and polite. The letting team are always efficient, especially Barbra who always tries her hardest to work both on the side of the tenant and land lord.

I used Andrew from Martin&Co to sell my property and can honestly not recommend him highly enough. Having never sold a house previously I was very apprehensive about the process but from the initial valuation appointment all the way through to completion Andrew was brilliant. He gave me honest and useful advice, secured numerous viewings on my property within the first week of marketing and secured us a sale at a price higher than we had expected to achieve almost immediately. He then kept us updated all the way through the process and was also able to recommend a fantastic Solicitor. In addition he has been actively helping us look for a new property for ourselves. I know many people find selling a house extremely stressful but thanks to Andrew the whole sale has ran smoothly and kept me stress-free. He has been really professional and friendly throughout and a pleasure to deal with.
