I've now bought a couple of properties being sold through Martin & Co. Even though, as the buyer, I have not been Martin & Co's client, I have always found them to be professional and incredibly supportive. Barbra Cousins in particular has been mightily helpful with a recent purchase despite some unreasonable pressure from the sellers. If I'm in need of agent services in the future, Martin & Co will be my first thought.

For me it's 5 stars for Martin and Co,from day 1 Dayna was so helpful in securing my tenancy and for the duration of my tenancy thumbs up to Barbra Cousins l pestered her a lot of times even with petty issues but she was amazing and responsive all the way, very efficient communication. l would use Martin and Co again and again,very proffessional.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremely smooth service, Dayna was lovely and made everything really clear from start to finish. U even got a little welcome box filled with little homey bits (the breakfast bar in there was 10/10). Would definitely recommend.

I have recently had an excellent experience with Martin and Co in Prestwich.
