Sawyer & Co managed my rental property for many years, specifically Tracey who was always so responsive and knowledgeable that I always felt in the best hands, and had complete faith in everything she advised us. We then sold the property through Kieran who always seemed very motivated to achieve a sale even during more challenging times! I have just come out the other side of a very complicated and drawn out sale / purchase. Due to some tediously slow, archaic conveyancing, several miscommunications, and due to the fact it was a probate purchase with many beneficiaries involved - it created the perfect storm for further stress and extra legwork in order to see this one through.
