Honestly couldn’t fault Whitegates Prescot. I’ve dealt with a few agents before and always felt like I was being kept in the dark or rushed along. This time it was totally different – Josh was super helpful from start to finish, kept me updated without me having to chase, and if I had a question he’d get back to me quick and explain it so I actually understood. Everything was straight forward with the fees and no funny business, which was a big relief. I never once felt pressured into making a choice, they just gave honest advice and let me decide in my own time.
