We bought our house some years ago via Northwoods and have had a subsequent revaluation provided by them. On both occasions they have been thoughtful and helpful and it was indeed our experience as a buyer that led to us dealing with them again recently. Whilst ultimately they are working for the seller, they have balanced this requirement with a clear consideration of the needs of the buyers as well. They are proactive and thorough and an office we believe we can depend on. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others, whatever side of the fence you are on. Whilst some have a bad reputation, Northwoods are a credit to the profession.
