What started at what seemed like a simple property sale with seemingly no chain turned out to be somewhat more of a challenge. Kevin worked hard with both sides of the transaction including solicitors keeping everyone informed on progress (good or bad). Kevin was not fazed by some of the challenges even with me on the phone getting frustrated with progress. The sale got over the line and I do believe that wouldn’t have happened without Kevin’s professionalism and tenacity to get it done.
