Gail has gone above and beyond during an extraordinary time. As Covid-19 ravaged the country and in lockdown Gail was working hard doing admin and preparation so we were completely ready. We gave Gail our list of wants and she gave us promises on which she delivered 100%. Within a few days after restrictions were eased Gail was on the case and we had 23 first class pictures of our property, a brochure was made and we were a premium ad on Rightmove. Gail's expertise was tested when she advised us to raise our asking price but within a few days we had a viewing which became an offer. Gail stayed in constant contact with updates and all our questions answered immediately.
