After several viewings with lack lustre agents, it was like a breath of fresh air to meet Sue at the property in Poole. Sue demonstrated a professionalism and sincerity infused with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanour. Sue is open, honest and very likeable. Sue even provided a "follow me" service to place us on the correct route to Westbourne, after the viewing. She also invited us to call any time if we should have any further questions: "That's what I'm here for!" What a superb attitude - a credit to Martin & Co, and an excellent emissary. Thank you, Sue!! I have been a client of Martin & Co Poole Lettings for just under 5 years now, and am very happy with the service they provide. All issues I report or that require a follow up in terms of the rental are always addressed as soon as possible.
