I am a landlord and have always had our two properties fully managed by Martin and Co. The whole team act promptly, efficiently with due care for both the tenants and the landlords. Our experience over the twenty years has always been fair and we are very happy with our ongoing relationship with them.

We would like to say that without Sarah from the lettings department our house move would not have been so smooth, she is very efficient, helpful, extremely quick to respond to queries and very accommodating. I couldnt recommend Sarah and the company in general as every person i have spoken to have been professional helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you for making our dreams finally come true. After several viewings with lack lustre agents, it was like a breath of fresh air to meet Sue at the property in Poole.
