We’d also paid for a building survey which highlighted an extra 15k of work required. Still Whitegates have put the property back on the market at the original price of 220k. Legally they are supposed to tell buyers the truth about defects, building reports, previous offers that have fallen through and they are clearly not doing so

I spent weeks cleaning the filthy, grease, dusty house I rented. Which Whitegates had informed me was “clean...” I left a year later leaving the house immaculate after three hours cleaning, only to be falsely accused of all sorts of neglect, abuse and damage in an attempt to claim £451 of my bond... Good luck getting your Bond back!

Quick to decidd i owe them money for damages and always in a hurry to contact me to sort things out to add money to their pot but any issues my side ignored. Will not be using again ever. Terrible company to deal with
