We used martin & co after speaking to many different estate agents. Jonathan sold us the dream by showing as much passion to sell our property as we had, and with his swift response to taking pictures and signing a contract, we were on the market within a couple days which suited us as we went away for a week and had several viewings in the first week. Unfortunately we had a buyer who pulled out on our sale but Emily soon had another offer on the table within a couple weeks which meant we could still proceed with our purchase. Emily chased the solicitors and other parties regularly and kept the ball rolling which meant we completed in around 8 weeks which is good at Christmas time. Would highly recommend and I thank all at martin & co and wish you all the best in the future.

Great customer service from all members of the M&Co team. They really care about the needs of their landlords and tenants. All staff are very professional and friendly, but a particular mention is needed for Gemma and Louise who have been extremely helpful over the last few years letting multiple properties for us in a short period of time.
