She replied to all of our enquiries promptly and was very patient with our millions of questions. She helped us chase things when there were delays (due to no fault of Martin and co) and we are very grateful to her and the letting agency.

If you are a landlord or a tenant, I honestly wouldn't think twice about working with Martin & Co, particularly if you get to engage with Laney Thompson, their head of property management. Not only is Laney a consummate professional, dealing swiftly and competently with anything that comes up, but she also genuinely cares. It's one thing to deliver a professional service, but Laney goes above and beyond to look after the interests of all those involved, devoting unexpected levels of time, energy and commitment to deliver a heartfelt service that surpasses all expectations. I honestly couldn't recommend Laney or Martin & Co more.

I purchased a property in July 2019 and due to technicalities with the legal side it took 5 months to complete. Emily was fantastic from start to finish. She took us on our first viewing and then was a one point contact throughout the process. The purchase was challenging but Emily continued to chase up unanswered questions for us and took away as much stress as she could. Let me start by saying my journey to letting our house was far from straightforward, however this is nothing to do with Louise and the team from Martin and Co! Louise worked really hard with difficult circumstances to get us into our lovely home. Emails, calls and messages were always promptly answered, Louise kept us informed and worked faultlessly to make the best possible solution for us and our landlord.

A very polite and proffesional agency. Mark Evered who manages our property has been very prompt in addressing maintenance issues. We reported a faulty boiler and that day a plumber called Danny Yearling was over to have a look. Within half a week we were furnished with a new boiler. Danny and his colleague worked very hard and even took the time to show us how to use the boiler properly and has done a brilliant job. I couldn't fault their work, I'm very impressed.

Martha has been my property manager over the past several months, having picked it off of a previous colleague. Martha has been a pleasure to liaise with. Proactive, diligent and always provides a prompt response to any issues as and when they arise. I hope to continue to work with Martha for the duration of my tenancy. I would highly recommend both her and Martin and Co :)

Martin & Co (Emily) are currently representing me and my elderly father during the sale of his property in Plymouth. Martin & Co were the obvious choice based on a visit from Tom earlier in the year where he explained the whole process to us. He was extremely professional, friendly and considerate to our particular needs. I have spoken to a number of the staff and cannot fault any of them. We were assigned Emily as our main point of contact and she has been wonderful. She hit it off with my father when they first met and was always happy to stay and chat with him over a cuppa, which he really appreciated. Since he has moved out of the property (and away from the area) Emily has kept us up to date with regular calls. She even looks in on the property for us when there ar no viewings to make sure all is ok. We have recently had a leak and Emily has provided us with photos of the problem and has also arranged for local tradesman to gain access to diagnose the fault and quote for repairs. Nothing is too much trouble and we are extremely grateful for Emily's help with everything.

Emily and Jonathan have been fantastic throughout the whole process, friendly and calming. They were constantly chasing, prompt and informative with updates on a regular basis, And a very competitive and reasonable cost for the entire evolution. I would thoroughly recommend using them for selling your property!
