In very limited cases I write a review but once dealing with Martin and Co I could not hold back for other people to know the professionalism of this company , I have ask M&C to let and fully manage my 4 bedroom house in Plymouth , I met first at the property with Chris who is the managing director for evaluation and initial agreement , Chris was so professional in his approach and you can see he is a great gentleman, then I have dealt with Abigail whom was so supportive and highly professional in processing the documents , letting agreements and finally finding the right tenant for my property. I obtained 5 valuations, with Martin & Co matching the highest and also gave the strongest indication that I would get the asking price, which I did. Sale was completed in little over 4 weeks from going on the market. Fee was marginally higher than others, but I feel this was recouped in the sale price.
