Never had a chance to use the agency's, but this time the 500 miles move is incoming, so we decided that it might be a good idea. Had the pleasure to work with Louise, Martha, Abigail and the professionalism, responsiveness and the general positivity is spot on! 360 preview is easy to use and very, very useful. In very limited cases I write a review but once dealing with Martin and Co I could not hold back for other people to know the professionalism of this company , I have ask M&C to let and fully manage my 4 bedroom house in Plymouth , I met first at the property with Chris who is the managing director for evaluation and initial agreement , Chris was so professional in his approach and you can see he is a great gentleman, then I have dealt with Abigail whom was so supportive and highly professional in processing the documents , letting agreements and finally finding the right tenant for my property. After dealing with Abagail and others I would like to thank all for part one job well done and I highly recommend M&C for anyone is looking for peace of mind to rent out his property.

I would really recommend them to everyone as they are professional, quick, kind and helpful. Out of the team, I would like to highlight Janine who helped me through the whole process which is a bit more difficult as I am from abroad. The paperwork were done within a few days so even if you have a week only to find an apartment, they will be able to help you out.

Louise is super organised. Even before we met her for the viewing, she had taken care to phone, tell us she had arrived, and make sure that we knew where to meet. During the viewing, she was knowledgeable about the property and the landlord's circumstances. Understandably, she couldn't answer every detailed question, but got back to us very quickly with the information we needed. Throughout the referencing process, Louise was incredibly helpful even out of office hours, and did her best to manage a process over which she has no direct control. I hope her employers appreciate her talents, and wish the very best with her own plans.

Very helpful and understanding letting agents. We have rented with Martin and Co for a thew years. And have recently moved while luckily remaining with them. Daniel Tromans was our go to for any problems. And he was extremely helpful throughout our entire tenancy in doing so. Which made any issues less of a worry. It really has made renting alot easier for both me and my partner. I would 100% certainly recommend martin and co if your looking to move.
