Louise is super organised. Even before we met her for the viewing, she had taken care to phone, tell us she had arrived, and make sure that we knew where to meet. During the viewing, she was knowledgeable about the property and the landlord's circumstances. Understandably, she couldn't answer every detailed question, but got back to us very quickly with the information we needed. Throughout the referencing process, Louise was incredibly helpful even out of office hours, and did her best to manage a process over which she has no direct control.
