My partner and I viewed a rental property on Maristow Avenue. We were shown around the property by a representative called Chris. Unfortunately, after viewing several other properties from other letting agents we decided on renting a different house. However, I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Chris as he really went the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed. He even contacted us in the evening to enquire about our decision and genuinely seemed pleased we had found a property right for us even though it was with another agency. Of all the estate agents we met that day Chris made a fantastic impression. He was very well presented, polite and informative. Although we have decided to rent from another agent, when we look to purchase a house of our own in the next few years, Chris has singled out Martin and Co as a first choice to visit.

Fantastic service

We recently bought our house from Martin & Co and despite us not being their paid client, we cannot rate their service highly enough. They worked constantly on our behalf to chase up solicitors and other agents to get us moving as quickly as possible, particularly due to our complicated circumstances. If we ever move again - we rather hope not for quite some time!! - we would definitely come back to Martin & Co as an agent we can trust to get us through the process.

Property Rental Transaction

The staff at Martin & Co were very helpful in securing us our new property in Mannamead. They didn't push us into the transaction, giving us time to reflect properly on our decision. They were friendly and supportive and made sure the transaction went smoothly. They were very clear about the charges involved and provided a good communication line between ourselves and the landlord. Our first point of contact Hayley Byrne was polite and positive throughout. Overall a professionally managed process.
