Not all agents are the same..... I have a number of properties that are let out and I always use an agent. I came across Martin & Co when a friend recommended them to me. My tenant had served notice and I needed to get it re-let, my existing agent had been slow to respond in the past so I decided to review the market. From the start, the whole process was handled with efficiency and professionalism, the property was on the market in a matter of days and i received regular updates on viewings. The property has since been let and I am happy, a big thanks to all the team involved. This kind of service, and trust is vital for me, I am based in Manchester, so I need a good local agent that i can rely on.

Daniel Tromans- I would like to mention how satisfied we are with Dan's help and assistance since mid summer to resolve all the issues that has happened in the property where we are tenants in the past 8 years. Dan was very responsive and helpful and actually listened to me and understand my problems and frustrations with the ongoing issues. Dan tried to arrange any service work that was necessary accordingly and get to the bottom of the ongoing issues, that seems to be resolved by now.
