Louise has been an incredibly patient kind caring person on this really difficult journey for me. She has helped me to find somewhere to live that will accept both of my dogs. Louise went above and beyond between me and the landlady to settle things and help make it a smooth process for everyone. First time renter

I was a bit in the dark renting on my own and for the first time, but Emma has been helpful and friendly all the way. I must have started renting when Martin & Co were taking over Executive Lets so if there were teething problems it all seemed to run smoothly. If I have a question no matter how trivial, Emma always replies promptly and answers my question in full. Very approachable.

I cannot recommend Martin & co highly enough. With some tricky things to overcome during my sale they went beyond the call of duty to resolve the problems that I, due to location was unable to do, including sorting and supplying a brilliant builder. Also Clare lived up to the title of negotiator - often a gross exaggeration - in the very best sense of the word. Excellent service looking for short-term rental

Was looking for a short-term rental apartment in Plymouth. Contacted over 6 agents and arranged viewings. Martins were very efficient and professional, quick to follow up the viewing (not always the case with others). Have taken on the rental through them now and initial impressions were indeed accurate. Very simple and painless procedure, all signed in just over two weeks.
