Choosing a letting agent can be a worry, so I am told. To date, Martin & Co Plymouth have managed our lettings in a timely and proper manner, attending to all aspects of setting up tenancies and dealing with queries promptly and with courtesy. This is our first experience of rentals management and I am pleased that Chris and Merolyn opened the Plymouth office for business. So would I recommend Martin & Co? Certainly - and have already done so!

Martin & Co helped us to do this, Vicki and Gemma especially, had to work extremley hard to get the fat for us due to a very unhelpful previous landlady. They talk us through everything step by step and got us in within a week which was incredible, the fees and admin charges are very reasonable and the help and guidance you get for it is priceless.
