We used martin & co after speaking to many different estate agents. Jonathan sold us the dream by showing as much passion to sell our property as we had, and with his swift response to taking pictures and signing a contract, we were on the market within a couple days which suited us as we went away for a week and had several viewings in the first week. Unfortunately we had a buyer who pulled out on our sale but Emily soon had another offer on the table within a couple weeks which meant we could still proceed with our purchase. Emily chased the solicitors and other parties regularly and kept the ball rolling which meant we completed in around 8 weeks which is good at Christmas time. Would highly recommend and I thank all at martin & co and wish you all the best in the future.

We moved in to our very first rented Flat as a newly engaged couple with lots of nerves, questions and excitement. 14th December 2019. Let me start by saying my journey to letting our house was far from straightforward, however this is nothing to do with Louise and the team from Martin and Co! Louise worked really hard with difficult circumstances to get us into our lovely home. Emails, calls and messages were always promptly answered, Louise kept us informed and worked faultlessly to make the best possible solution for us and our landlord.
