In January last year, we met up with Chris Whitaker who took the time to educate us on the type of property to look for in order to maximise the return on our investment. We viewed a number of properties and whenever we asked a question or wanted Chris’ opinion on a property, he always came back with sound advice. Louise was very helpful in finding a property for Matt. She was friendly and polite whenever one of us spoke to her and she was very helpful in showing us the properties. Dan was very responsive and helpful and actually listened to me and understand my problems and frustrations with the ongoing issues. Dan tried to arrange any service work that was necessary accordingly and get to the bottom of the ongoing issues, that seems to be resolved by now.
