We contacted Pinner Robsons in July, interested in understanding the value of our Artegan home in Pinner. They came round to do a valuation viewing that week and had already researched recent sales of similar properties so we understood what was realistic. We did not want signs everywhere advertising the sale, so the property was privately marketed. We have not moved home for 10yrs and felt a bit out of our depth with the process. But Dan and his team have guided us through it and we are looking forward to exchanging next month. Moving house is always going to be stressful, but I can not rate Pinner Robsons highly enough - they have been exceptional throughout.
