Selling a property at a distance presented us with several challenges. Scott and Dean at Robsons (Pinner) were instrumental in making it all happen. We could not have managed certain situations without them going significantly out of their way to oil the wheels of the sale process. Encouraging the sale process along and organising reliable contractors to advise on several issues was not something that was possible for us.
