As a student-focused letting agent, we've been incredibly impressed by our partnership with the team at King's Estates. They've been very professional and responsive, and we're looking forward to continuing to work together in the future. King's Estates' have a number of excellent quality homes which we recommend to students across Portsmouth.
Kings Estate has been managing my property in Portsmouth for the last 6 years. Based on my experience with this team I have no reservations in recommending them to any landlord who is looking for a “tenant find” or “full management” service. The agency has been very proactive in arranging the tenants every year, collecting the rents and managing the maintenance issues with a very approachable, friendly and helpful team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Had the Hell ramen and it was really good. The portion sizes are above average. Overall a good restaurant and I would recommend it to everyone looking for some good Japanese food.Food: 4Service: 4Atmosphere: 4

The experience of buying a new apartment was positive with this company. All of the steps went smoothly, and the minor issues were dealt with quickly. In the end, it was a successful purchase.

Beautiful place with lovely food! It’s great to see they have quite a few vegetarian options — the gyoza and maki were particularly good — but veggie options were hard to pick out from the menu. It would be great if these were more clearly marked, along with some vegan options. Gorgeous atmosphere though, very helpful and friendly staff and the food we had was delicious.ServiceDine inMeal typeDinnerPrice per person£20–30Food: 4Service: 5Atmosphere: 5Recommendation for vegetariansSomewhat recommendVegetarian optionsVarious vegetarian/vegan sushi rolls, crispy vegetable gyoza, vegetable noodles (udon or soba), soy beans salted or spicy. No vegetarian ramen, and it was hard to pick out what was vegetarian or could be made vegetarian on the menu. But the staff are very helpful in that regard.
The food here is amazing, it’s a shame the staff are so short like they are in such a rush or don’t care to be cheery. I’ve been here twice now and, though I am quite familiar with japanese food, the lack of descriptions on the menu makes it hard to bring people who are unfamiliar with it, particularly older people. I will keep coming back for the food, especially the ramen, but the service and ambience need a lot of work as they kind of ruin the experience.ServiceDine inMeal typeDinnerPrice per person£20–30Food: 5Service: 1Atmosphere: 3
