I would recommend using Belvoir. I am using Belvoir for the past 18 months and recently moved to a new property through Michelle Gordon, who was very helpful, informative and provided great assistance throughout the process. Generally, the whole team is friendly, polite and helpful. My only remark is: They can be a bit more organised and can communicate more with each other!

On the whole we are pleased with the service that we get. We do however on occasions find that when there is a problem we seem to be dealing with more than one person which can cause confusion.

Although not always the smoothest of journeys I found the staff at Belvoir were always friendly and did their best to help.

Overall OK - however, it does take a long time to get issues resolved, which I appreciated is usually down to the landlord not responding, Barry in maintenance is good, but he can only do so much.

Having given Belvoir an initially negative review on here, I am now pleased to say that the experience has improved massively and thus the revised rating of 4 star. After initial problems dealing with more junior staff my purchase has been assigned to Lottie who is an absolute professional. She is quick to repond, highly knowledgable (even in areas outside of her remit such as conveyancing process which is super helpful), and keeps me in the loop at all times. I am very pleased with the service
