This will be my first time signing paperwork to move into a flat, I was very nervous and scared at first because I didn’t know what I was doing. Dan Smith made sure I was okay and made sure I knew what I was doing from the start, making sure I fixed any mistakes I made. When Dan broke the news to me and my partner that we passed the checks we were over the moon because we didn’t think we would get that far. From the start it had been a very exciting experience and me and my partner thank Dan a lot. Thank you
