Selling or buying houses can be tricky, but yet again Your Move (Consett) have made this process effortless. From the initial contact with Kirsty, to the Valuation with Sam and then finally back to Kirsty for the sale; the whole system has worked great. I work away so they have kept me updated every step of the way, completed viewings on my behalf and most importantly valued and marketed my house correctly so that it sold within 3 weeks of being on the market. Couldn't recommend this team highly enough

The ladies at Your Move Consett were fantastic. Namely Joanne M, Penny, Carol, Sam C and Sam H. They were beyond helpful with every query I had and kept me in the loop with the progress on my new property. The ladies ensured I had any and all information to hand and were always available should I call with any requests or queries in relation to the property. The ladies also got the property turned around very quickly and were great with the move in. I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone!

Joanne and the team have been nothing more than exceptional, they had bent over backwards to get the ball rolling for us as we were under immense pressure to move house due to unforeseen circumstances. Within 7 days of viewing the property and us deciding we wanted it, Joanne had all the paperwork and referencing ready to go and the house was ready to move in. We wouldn't ever go to another agent.
