From my first phone call with Lewis, the initial viewing and the whole buying process until completion day when we collected the keys from Barbara, we felt in very safe hands with Neville Turner. Excellent local knowledge including suggesting solicitors, tradespeople and insurance companies (and not minding if we chose others!). Always very responsive by phone and email. Barbara was a star and at times seemed to be single-handedly orchestrating the whole chain so we could complete on time.

Barbara and the team at Neville Turner are amazing! First they sold our house, it went to the first viewer! Our chain was long and stretched into London, Covid19 meant everything took longer, it was fraught but Barbara was on it, chased more parts of the chain than she was supposed to and was responsible not only for holding the chain together, but ensuring it did so without taking an additional 3 months.
