The service I received from start to finish from Martin & Co was excellent My house was marketed by them and had several viewers straight away with multiple offers on first day of viewings and even got over the asking price was sold in a day Maz and Patricia are very efficient and always kept me up to date with what was going on in a daily basis and when there was issues I had with the progress of my sale Patricia always dealt with it for me by contacting solicitors resolving the problems in an efficient Manor Would definitely recommend this company to anybody Thankyou Maria Pitson

I used Martin & Co to sell my Oxford flat. I found their service professional and efficient. Having sold many properties over the years I try and choose the estate agent that can excel on the period after the buyer has been found. The sales chasing is an invaluable part of the selling process and the sales progressor at Martin & Co was Patricia Vassib who has to be the best and most thorough Progressor that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge of the whole selling process was second to none so that she headed off potential problems and delays by being proactive and always kept me fully informed. All in all I was very satisfied with the final result.
