Jordan was really helpful and helped us view three different properties back to back (one of which he successfully helped us rent) We are very very grateful to him for helping us navigate our first renting experience and have no doubt that he will help us with anything more.

I have dealt with Kate Mittell for a number of years now and without any doubt she is superb at what she does and is a credit to Martin and Co. For some reason Google wont let me add another review. So I will edit this one. Just wanted to highlight the magnificent work being done by Iulia Hogas at the Oxford office. Very thorough and very professional in her manner. I have worked with Iulia for a couple of years now and she just gets better and better in whats she does. Thank you Iulia !!!!!! Keep up the great work :-)

Tamsyn Edgar did a great job showing us round the flat and getting us started on the purchase process. Conor Taylor was crucial in getting the purchase over the line and was brilliant at chasing the various parties involved. Of all the firms involved in the purchase, Martin and Co were by far the most reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

My family and I have rented an apartment in central Oxford for the past 8 months with Martin & Co as the managing agents. Throughout our tenancy we found Martin & Co to be absolutely professional, helpful, courteous and quick to respond to all of concerns. They were also completely fair and impartial in all dealings between ourselves and our landlord who they were also representing. Kate Kennedy as Branch Manager did a great job in managing our tenancy and was particularly helpful when we wanted to terminate our one-year tenancy early after we bought a property here. Martin & Co. were equally efficient and effective in taking care of the landlord's interests and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to landlord's and tenants alike.

In searching for a flat in Oxford we were contacted by Jordan Baskerville from Martins & Co Oxford. Jordan arranged a number of viewings for us. He was professional, polite and extremely helpful. Where the key to a property was not available, Jordan would ensure that a video was taken and sent to us. He was able to find a flat that ticked all our requirements in a short period of time. Unfortunately the move to Oxford did not materialize this time, but should it happen in the future the first agent we will be contacting will be Jordan of Martins & Co Oxford.
