An update to my previous post: I am so pleased last week I completed the purchase of my new flat here in Oxford with Martin & Co. Mudassar Rana (Maz) helped me all along the way. He was very professional, responsive and friendly. He made the process smooth and a very good experience, as obviously buying a property is a complex process. The flat was handed impeccable and I could move in straight away. I am so happy, thank you Maz! -------------------------------------- Older review: Very happy and excited that recently had an offer accepted for a very nice flat in Oxford. Mudassar Rana took me through the negotiation process very nicely. He was very responsive, clear and friendly and made the experience very positive. Abi Rosser showed me the flat, she called me to confirm the appointment on the day, was punctual and very friendly and gave me the time I needed to explore the flat and take my own pictures. They were very professional and as a first time buyer I am very thankful for their work on such important step in life. I am very happy that Mudassar now continues on mediating the purchase process until it is completed. (Thank you!)

Emma Collis at Martin & Co has fully managed my flat in Oxford since 2015. She was always easy to get hold of, 'very' efficient,, totally reliable and managed some tricky situations with tenants skilfully.. Martin & Co have just sold my flat, my main point of contact Conor Taylor. She was willing to send me properties of 4 and 5 bed properties and was also very helpful when members of my house changed their mind on properties. Abi also went to multiple properties to film a video tour, making the process much more convenient. Thank you again Abi for helping us during our student house search.
