Looking to rent sometimes is complicated but with Breckon&Breckon I have had a really nice experience, I don’t have the words to describe how thankful I am for my letting agent Annabel Barnes and for her help, patient and reliability. Her whole company as a whole is also very responsive with everything that goes on around the house which makes the process so smooth and stress free. I honestly cannot recommend them enough I’ll always be grateful.

The property was rented during the uncertainties of the Pandemic period in Sep 2021, even so, Breckon was able to complete rental formalities within 8 days. Responses to maintenance issues were efficient and effective. Check out was made very smooth and easy. I would say one of the rare "trouble free' experience I have had with an Estate Agent.

Amazing experience. I bought a new flat with Breackon & Breackon. The process was smooth without any surprises. The staff is well aware of all the details and what is needed to make it easy and peaceful for you. I never had a delayed answer and they solve all of the issues during the process. Through the process the case manager changed and I was worried about gaps in the handover but they've done such a wonderful job that I didn't even notice the change of the case manager.
