I rented my flat through the Breckon & Breckon Summertown office in early 2019. As it was the first time I had rented out, the process at first seemed a bit daunting. But Rhys, Phoebe, Jodie and team were excellent, explaining things really clearly and showing a lot of patience with my questions. Since we rented the flat out, Rhys has been really responsive to any of my questions, answering me clearly and concisely. The monthly statement with breakdown of costs is really useful too. Good experience with Breckon

I had a good experience with Breckon, and what I most appreciated was that our agent, Rachel, was available and enthusiastic but not overselling the property. She showed it to us and patiently let us decide, offering information when we needed it but space when we needed that. She was also lovely to work with.

Brilliant service. Friendly staff - nothing too much trouble - and very considerate after-care when I had trouble working out the hot water. Made a very stressful process almost enjoyable!
