I picked Breckon & Breckon due to their hugely competitive rates and marketing practices. I wasn't disappointed, their photos, virtual tour and advertisement were all spectacular. I was inundated with offers, and was privileged enough to be selective when choosing a tenant. The communication was prompt, clear and diligent. A particular shout out to Ashleigh who was patient, understanding and articulate. She knew letting my property was a big (emotional) decision and handled it with tact, poise and professionalism.
