Helmores have been great to sell with. Sound advice on marketing the property, great after sales and responsive communications. Viewings were easy to manage via the app and having to deal with other estate agents for buying, it’s really highlighted how good their approach is.

Good communication and process as a family in search of a new home. What was especially good is the agent that we kept meeting for viewings got to know our family and our unique needs and was able to give detailed local information that was very helpful about an area that we were not familiar with. So far we have been unsuccessful in our search but our experience with Helmors has been very positive.

Helmores have been nothing but helpful with our sale. From coming out to value the house onward, they have been knowledgeable friendly, with even the smallest inquiry. Nothing has seemed too much trouble. I have bought a house through them before which was also a good experience so I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I just helped my elderly uncle sell his house through Helmores. Having lived in the Crediton area for 50 years he was adamant they were the best firm to market his property and we were not disappointed. They were very easy to deal with from start to finish, gave good advice along the way and were always responsive. Thoroughly recommend.
