From start to finish, the whole team at Helmores have been extremely professional, courteous, diligent and helpful. The marketing on the property was very effective starting with a video that represented the property exceptionally well. The valuation and guidance on marketing price proved to be exactly right and there was a lot of interest and subsequent viewings which were managed by the team well. All through the process we were kept informed of progress, given feedback from viewings and a detailed description of the position of offers from prospective buyers. Once "under offer" the "sales progression team" monitored and informed us of how the legal side of the chain was developing.
