I recently outsourced the management of my property to Harrisons Estate Agents, i contacted many Estate Agents in the area but i selected Harrisons Estate Agents out of many because they were the most professional and the most honest amongst others. They were very professional and honest in everything i dealt with them. They did their market research thoroughly and gave honest valuation of my property, accompanied with  valuation report. The staff were very helpful and straightforward  throughout. Katie was really helpful throughout the process, she handled my case professionally from the start anything i need, she is always there to help. She answered all my questions honestly and clearly and clarify anything i didn't understand, she knows what she is doing. She drafted the contract around my needs and included everything i wanted to manage my property in my best interest. The contract was very straightforward that protect both parties. She never used dubious terms and terminologies or wrote the contract in a one-sided manner like other Estate Agents do. Another thing that set them apart from other Estate Agents; they are very transparent and they involved and inform you everything they were doing, from writing the contract to potential tenants viewing the property and to tenants moving into the property. There is constant communication between you and them and you know exactly what is going on and get involved if you have to, at any given time. Knowing that, my property and the tenants are manage and look after by highly competent people, i have peace of mind that my property and the tenants are in good hands and i have nothing to worry or stress about.
