Harrison’s have recently concluded a tenant search & tenancy agreement for me on a rental property. Ashleigh who was my point of contact was superb from day one. Really professional & efficient in progressing the agreement to make it as streamlined and stress free as possible. The new tenant was found and the agreement in place all within a couple of weeks. Allyson was absolutely amazing from start to finish when I rented a property for my elderly mother - the time frame was very tight in which to get everything done & she went above & beyond to ensure she got the keys in time, even staying late to ensure the contract was in place. We have just sold our Mother's house through Harrisons Estate Agents and could not fault the service we received from them as they certainly go the extra mile! At our initial meeting, Dez Wilcox advised that communication is the key and he always returns telephone calls and answers emails - we thought that this was probably just a sales pitch, but we were so wrong. All our emails were answered (even when he was on holiday abroad) and all telephone calls returned together with liaising with our solicitors. Although buying/selling a house is always a very stressful time, we felt that Harrisons certainly took some of the stress away and would have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future.
