We had an extremely challenging experience selling our home of 17 years and buying our amazing new home through Harrisons. Fortunatly Derek provided a great deal of support through the whole process where we had many, endless unexpected issues arise including selling our home twice, second time successfully with Harrisons. Derek and Matthew were continually at the end of the phone giving reassurance when it was most needed and updating us by email at every step. Derek went above and beyond expectations and made what felt completly impossible at the time, very possible infact. I can't stress enough how extremely happy, grateful and impressed we are by the service consistently provided over a 12 month period by Harrisons, especially in such challenging circumstances that we experienced.

We had a tricky problem when a newly fitted, one year old boiler was deemed ‘at risk’ by the gas safety company checking our property which is ‘let’ through Harrison’s Estate Agents. Tiffany McGann was an absolute star at getting this sorted. She was brilliant at updating us, sorting an engineer to make the job good and liaising with the tenant.
