Its rare that local agencies actually care fof feedback and if they do, it's even more rare that they don't just shrugg it off as a half-witted apology. Although my experience with Redbrick hadn't been promising at the beginning (not entirely their fault) they listened to concerns and acted promptly. Communication has been good and they're proactive in ever improving as a business. This is from what I've gathered over the last few days. It's a shame I couldn't find anything but I'm sure if I did then they would have been fantastic agents.

They were very friendly and helpful throughout the property viewings, through to signing and moving into the property. Their online application feature was useful to see how others in the house were progressing with their application, and they even gave us a couple of bottles of champagne when we moved in.

We've been with redbrick properties for nearly five years and they have been amazing! All the staff are friendly and really helpful, especially Teresa who deals with our maintenence issues amongst many other things! Every problem we have had has been sorted within 24 hours and to a high standard. I would highly recommend going with redbrick properties when renting accommodation.
