Arranged my new property from abroad initially with Gareth Hunt who was excellent. Lizzie worked with us via phone and email for the application stages and kept us informed and regularly updated throughout. We arrived late at the property on the day we were collecting the keys due to a number of hiccups throughout the day, not relating to the property, Nik Trapans was waiting there for us for almost two hours, during this time he also let in our Asda delivery. Nik was paitent and understanding, he went well over and above his normal responsibility even driving to the property before our moving in day to let in deliveries that arrived early. My husband previously worked in lettings and has never seen customer service and commitment at this outstanding level. Nothing is too much hassle for them.
