Amazing estate agents. Very prompt replies to all follow ups. James was almost reachable any time of day and Diane was very prompt in following up with seller and solicitors. Impressive support through out the sale process. Only thing is that there is no branch in the Nottingham city / town center and had to travel a long way to collect the keys. Otherwise fantastic guys around.

Viewed a property with them yesterday after having a few issues arranging it. Staff are nice enough, the lady showing me around was lovely, but ultimately, the reason it's only a 3/5, is because the advert specifically said (and this is a copy and paste from there, and I've attached the image as proof) "A completely bespoke, fully furnished En-Suite Double Bedroom in the heart of Beeston, never lived in by anyone else", but when I walked in the room, it was immediately obvious that there was a current tenant, so the claim of no-one living in it beforehand is pure and simply false advertising. I've checked several of the adverts on their site and most advertised by this branch make the same claim, but it makes you wonder how many have actually never been lived in before.

Absolutely awful experience as a landlord! Couldn't keep track of the keys to my property, didn't notice when my tenants didn't pay their rent, and ignored my emails for weeks. Very disappointing as they were taking a generous management fee, and I've received an awful service!
