I had a very positive experience when using Ewemove to sell my late father's house. The team are all friendly , but professional. Will handled the sale initially, taking good photos and creating a good description (with no spelling mistakes as you see on many other property details from other agents) and getting the house on the market very promptly. Will handled all the viewings, keeping me regularly updated by phone with viewers feedback. I also received a weekly email update. Once a sale had been agreed, Diane worked very hard chasing solicitors, estate agents and the buyers to ensure the sale progressed. I would certainly use them again.

I really cannot thank James and Diane from Ewemove Long Eaton enough for selling our house! From the start they provided outstanding professional friendly service, took care of the viewings for us, provided great photos, great write up and Facebook advertising. I liked the fact that we could speak via phone/text/email any time of any day! James sold our house straight away for us for full asking price which was amazing. Diane was amazing with the sales progression, both very approachable and great communication. Unfortunately, beyond ours or theirs control and despite us selling to a ftb, our chain upwards expanded to a much longer chain than ever expected so what should have been a quick turn around turned into 6 months but they worked so so hard for us to push this through and chasing it several times a day every day and I was constantly updated throughout. We used Ewe Move to sell our property and they were amazing from start to finish. Firstly, James was friendly and knowledgeable and he took awesome photos for Rightmove etc (so much so that we thought about staying!). The house was sold for the full asking price within a matter of days and I think this was a combination of James' advice about when and what to advertise, prompt viewing arrangements and a friendly, but non-intrusive sales pitch (as well as the house itself being fabulous). After the offer had been accepted we had more contact with Diane at the Long Eaton Office and she was lovely - quick to respond to emails and calls, reassuring (much needed) when difficulties arose with solicitors and it felt like she was right there with us all the way through to completion.
