Amazing experience finding a flat through ELC! Fraser was very proactive in helping us find a beautiful new home. Claudia, too, was super friendly and accommodating when it came to arranging a viewing. Communication with ELC is fast and effortless, they very much so go above and beyond for their customers. This company really stands out from the vast sea of Edinburgh letting agencies.

A trully transparent and kindly accommodating letting agency. Claudia has been an absolute start with gently supporting both parties involved in our lease and I couldnt be more greatful. Always checking with each relevant party before consolidating any agreement. She is swift and patient in her communication, making all the procedures feel like a breeze..from registering with the service, all the way to minor and major changes/arrangements. One of the easiest ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ive given, with sincere hopes the service continues the exceptional work through and through (with the human error of course being part of the process).
