Possibly one of the most professional ones recently. Had a few ups and downs previously but the team now is very friendly and helpful. We were dealing with Fraser when moving out in October 2023 and he was very professional and reasonable in all the dealings throughout.

I can highly recommend ELC to be your agency of choice. We were previously with a highly reputed agency, who, over the course of time declined in all areas of service and responsiveness to the point that we were frustrated and upset. As a result we began to look for another agency that would be more client focused. Having seen reviews of the Edinburgh Letting Centre, we took a punt and have not been disappointed. Alex, Priestly and the team at ELC have been nothing short of fantastic. We live in a different time zone which adds the complication that we are asleep during UK business hours.
