Very pleased with Miles and his team at ELC . I am a first time landlord, ELC took very professional 360 deg photos of the property then marketed it giving guidance about the rent . This was 3 years ago , I have had the same tenants . ELC have been very helpful to monitor the flat , act as an intermediary with the tenants and sort out repairs within the property as necessary. I contacted Edinburgh Letting Centre on behalf of my grandson, on the recommendation of an acquaintance. Grandson is relocating to the Capital and seeks a one bedroom bachelor pad. Mr Leslie, the polite and charming proprietor of ELC, dealt with me personally and suggested several properties that appear suitable. Grandson must decide. ELC is a proficient and professional organisation and I commend it to any prospective tenants.

ELC was highly recommended when we were putting our flat onto the rental market several years ago.
