We went to a flat viewing with ELC, and it was great. The viewing was on time, not overcrowded, which is common in Edinburgh, and the estate agent Calum was helpful and friendly. The estate agent also gives you an update on the status of your application and when it's being forwarded to the landlord, which is so nice as it is normally a stressful process. I definitely recommend attending their flat viewings if you see a property you like that they're advertising.
