We accepted an offer which we thought was a cash offer I.e. no borrowing but it turned out a lender was involved. The lenders, via the purchasers solicitor, kept asking odd questions and as we answered one they raised another unrelated question. Ryan from Ryder & Dutton tried to determine why they were being so slow in dealing with the matter. It took 3 months to complete on a terraced property with a very long lease and we can’t understand the reluctance to accept our answers to their questions as they had the deeds etc.Ryan kept on top of the matter and remained very professional throughout.
